STATE-OF-THE-ART TESTING LABORATORY
Our Zeus Laboratory is fundamental in assuring the best possible quality control standards across our products. Our team of analytical chemists have in excess of 30 years’ experience from global leading laboratories such as Eurofins and AgroSciences, and with access to some of the most advanced analytical instrumentation in the industry, have developed and validated specific analytical methods for E-liquid and TPD emissions testing requirements.
Our bespoke liquid analysis for E-liquids accurately quantifies nicotine concentrations, checking the E-liquid for any TPD banned ingredients and scanning all the compounds within the E-liquid against a database containing over 40,000 compounds. Every single batch produced is examined for contamination and for reassurance that our nicotine concentration is perfect.
We are also able to complete TPD submission work, turning our attention to the emissions from the liquid. Our Thermal Desorption instrument is able to capture the emissions from a device which can be analysed with our Gas Chromatography – Tandem Mass Spectrometry (GC-MSMS). We also make use of our High Performance Liquid Chromatography – Diode Array Detector (HPLC-DAD) for some of the smaller compounds on the TPD banned list.
